Any changes will be effective from the date of publication on the Website.<\/p><p>1.4 The applicable conditions are those in force on the date the order is placed by the user.<\/p><p>1.5 These conditions do not govern services or products provided by third parties available on the Website via links, banners, or external connections.<\/p><p>1.6 The user is required to carefully read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale before making any purchase.<\/p><p>1.7 Placing an order implies full knowledge and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.<\/p><p><strong>Art. 2 \u2013 Purchases on the Website<\/strong><\/p><p>2.1 Purchases can be made:<\/p><ul><li>upon registration on the Website or as a guest, where permitted;<\/li><li>by consumers and business professionals.<\/li><\/ul><p>2.2 DARUMA S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders originating from users:<\/p><ul><li>involved in legal disputes with the Seller;<\/li><li>who have breached previous contractual conditions;<\/li><li>who have provided false, incomplete, or inaccurate data;<\/li><li>involved in fraudulent or unlawful activities.<\/li><\/ul><p>2.3 If alcoholic products are available on the Website, purchase is exclusively permitted to adults according to current Italian legislation.<\/p><p>2.4 The user is invited to carefully check ingredients, allergens, and food information listed in the product data sheets before purchasing. DARUMA S.r.l. cannot be held responsible for allergies, intolerances, or improper use of the purchased products.<\/p><p><strong>Art. 3 \u2013 Registration on the Website<\/strong><\/p><p>3.1 To register on the Website, the user must enter:<\/p><ul><li>e-mail address;<\/li><li>password.<\/li><\/ul><p>3.2 The user undertakes to keep their access credentials with due care.<\/p><p>3.3 The user guarantees that the data provided are truthful, complete, and updated, undertaking to indemnify DARUMA S.r.l. from any liability arising from inaccurate or false information.<\/p><p><strong>Art. 4 \u2013 Conclusion of the contract<\/strong><\/p><p>4.1 To conclude a purchase contract on the Website, the user must fill in the electronic order form and send it following the instructions on the Website.<\/p><p>4.2 The contract is considered concluded when the order is received by the Seller&#8217;s server.<\/p><p>4.3 After submitting the order, the user will receive a confirmation e-mail containing:<\/p><ul><li>summary of the purchased products;<\/li><li>total price;<\/li><li>shipping costs;<\/li><li>payment method used.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Art. 5 \u2013 Product order will be considered cancelled in the event of non-payment of the amount due.<\/p><p><strong>Art. 9 \u2013 Payment methods<\/strong><\/p><p>9.1 The following payment methods are accepted on the transmitted directly to authorized providers and are not stored in any way on the Seller&#8217;s servers.<\/p><p>9.5 In case of payment via PayPal, the user will be redirected to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.paypal.com\/it\/home\">PayPal<\/a> website to complete the transaction according to PayPal&#8217;s conditions.<\/p><p><strong>Art. 10 \u2013 Shipping and deliveries<\/strong><\/p><p>10.1 Deliveries are made within the territory indicated on the Website.<\/p><p>10.2 Delivery times are indicative and normally within 5 working days, except in cases of courier and promptly communicated to DARUMA S.r.l.<\/p><p><strong>Art. 11 \u2013 Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p><p>11.1 Pursuant to Art. 52 of the Consumer Code, the consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery of the products.<\/p><p>11.2 The right of withdrawal is excluded for:<\/p><ul><li>opened food products;<\/li><li>sealed goods not suitable for return for hygienic or health protection reasons once opened;<\/li><li>perishable or customized products.<\/li><\/ul><p>11.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be sent to:<\/p><p><strong>commerciale@darumasrl.it<\/strong><\/p><p>11.4 Products must be returned intact, unused, and in their original packaging.<\/p><p>11.5 Refunds will be made within the timeframes provided by law using the same payment method used for the purchase.<\/p><p><strong>Art. 12 \u2013 Limitation of liability<\/strong><\/p><p>12.1 DARUMA S.r.l. shall not be held liable for:<\/p><ul><li>temporary Website outages;<\/li><li>technical errors or misprints;<\/li><li>damages resulting from improper use of the products;<\/li><li>delays attributable to couriers or events of
