Foggia (FG), Italy<br \/>VAT No. 04356040719<br \/>E-mail: commerciale@darumasrl.it<\/p><p>This policy governs the procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal and the return process for products purchased through the Site, in compliance with Legislative Decree 206\/2005 (\u201cConsumer Code\u201d) and subsequent amendments.<\/p><ol><li><strong> Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>If you purchase as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day you received the products.<\/p><p>In the case of multiple items delivered separately, the deadline runs from the receipt of the last product.<\/p><p>The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to their entrepreneurial, commercial, professional, or craft activities.<\/p><p>The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by:<\/p><ul><li>companies;<\/li><li>professionals with a VAT number;<\/li><li>resellers;<\/li><li>entities purchasing for resale purposes.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong> How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send a written communication within 14 days of receiving the goods to the following e-mail address:<\/p><p><strong>commerciale@darumasrl.it<\/strong><\/p><p>The communication must contain:<\/p><ul><li>order number;<\/li><li>first name and last name of the buyer;<\/li><li>products intended to be returned;<\/li><li>reason for the return, if any (optional).<\/li><\/ul><p>Once the request is received, DARUMA S.r.l. will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return of the goods.<\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong> Conditions for Accepting Returns<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>In order to be eligible for a refund, the products must be returned:<\/p><ul><li>intact;<\/li><li>unused;<\/li><li>complete with original packaging;<\/li><li>free from any damage or alterations;<\/li><li>adequately packed for transport.<\/li><\/ul><p>The right of withdrawal is forfeited in the following cases:<\/p><ul><li>absence of original packaging;<\/li><li>use of the product;<\/li><li>damage to the product due to reasons not attributable to transport;<\/li><li>alteration or tampering with the product;<\/li><li>removal of components, labels, or seals.<\/li><\/ul><p>DARUMA S.r.l. reserves the right to deduct from the refund an amount proportional to the diminution in value of the product if the returned item shows signs of use or wear exceeding what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.<\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li><strong> Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Pursuant to Art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:<\/p><ul><li>opened food products;<\/li><li>sealed goods unsealed after delivery and not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons;<\/li><li>custom-made or personalized products;<\/li><li>goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.<\/li><\/ul><p>In the case of promotional packages (\u201cbundles\u201d, free gifts, or promotional offers), the withdrawal must apply to all products included in the offer.<\/p><ol start=\"5\"><li><strong> Return Shipping Costs<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Shipping costs relating to the return of products are entirely borne by the Customer, except in cases of:<\/p><ul><li>wrong product;<\/li><li>defective product;<\/li><li>product damaged during transport;<\/li><li>error attributable to DARUMA S.r.l.<\/li><\/ul><p>In such cases, subject to verification, DARUMA S.r.l. will also refund the costs incurred for the return shipping.<\/p><ol start=\"6\"><li><strong> Return Shipping Procedures<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>To correctly carry out the return:<\/p><ul><li>pack the products carefully to prevent damage during transport;<\/li><li>use a trackable shipping method;<\/li><li>keep the shipping receipt until the refund process is completed.<\/li><\/ul><p>DARUMA S.r.l. is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage occurring during the return transport.<\/p><p>The warehouse address for the return will be communicated by customer service upon opening the return procedure.<\/p><ol start=\"7\"><li><strong> Refund<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Once the returned products have been received and inspected, DARUMA S.r.l. will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of shipment.<\/p><p>The refund will be processed using the same payment method selected during purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.<\/p><p>The refund will include:<\/p><ul><li>the price of the returned product;<\/li><li>standard shipping costs paid to receive the order (in case of total withdrawal from the order).<\/li><\/ul><p>If the Customer benefited from free shipping, DARUMA S.r.l. may deduct from the refund the actual shipping costs incurred and clearly specified in the order documents.<\/p><ol start=\"8\"><li><strong> Wrong, Defective, or Damaged Products<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>If you received:<\/p><ul><li>a wrong product;<\/li><li>a damaged product;<\/li><li>a defective product;<\/li><li>a missing item;<\/li><\/ul><p>please contact customer service promptly at:<\/p><p><strong>commerciale@darumasrl.it<\/strong><\/p><p>specifying:<\/p><ul><li>order number;<\/li><li>description of the problem;<\/li><li>photographs of the product received, if
