The extraordinary softness of its structure is guaranteed by the exclusive use of live sourdough starter, allowed to mature slowly for over thirty-six hours to make the dough light, well-aerated, and highly digestible.

What makes this recipe unique is the fusion of the dough—enriched with 5% fine hazelnut paste—and a harmonious selection of three types of chocolate: creamy gianduja, bold dark, and sweet white chocolate. A contrast of textures and flavor nuances that conquers at the very first bite, making it the ideal dessert to enrich the Christmas table with a rich and sophisticated alternative.

INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour, butter (milk), water, egg yolk, dark chocolate, granulated sugar, white chocolate (min. 33.3% cocoa), gianduja chocolate, hazelnut paste (5%), natural yeast (sourdough), acacia honey, invert sugar syrup, iodized salt.
